▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Inorganic single-component ink comprises 70-85 wt.% de-ionized water, 2-10 wt.% inorganic solute, 1-7 wt.% thickening agent, 1-5 wt.% dispersant, 1-5 wt.% accelerator, 0.5-2 wt.% surfactant, 0.2-1 wt.% osmotic agent and 0.01-0.05 wt.% antifoaming agent USE - The inorganic single-component ink is useful for plaster printing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ink: can solve the problem that the performance of the adhesive for gypsum printing is poor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the inorganic single-component ink comprising adding a specific amount of distilled water into a stirring container with the rotating speed of 500-600 rotation/minute (rpm), adding a specific amount of inorganic solute during the stirring process, adjusting the rotating speed of the stirring container to 1200-1500 rpm and stirring for 20-30 minutes, where the rotating speed of the stirring container is adjusted to 500-600 rpm, adding a quantitative thickening agent in the stirring process, adjusting the rotating speed of the stirring container to 1200-1500 rpm, carrying out the dispersion for 15-20 minutes and adding quantitative defoaming agent in the stirring process, where the rotating speed of the stirring container is adjusted to 500-600 rpm, sequentially adding a specific amount of dispersing agent, coagulant, surfactant and penetrating agent in the stirring process, after the feeding is finished, adjusting the rotating speed of the stirring container to 1200-1500 rpm, carrying out the dispersing for 15-20 minutes, taking out the liquid material and allowing to stand and then subjecting the liquid material to suction filtration treatment and allowing to stand for more than 2 hours
