NOVELTY - The system has a hollow elongated portion (1) whose first portion positioned inside concrete roof surface parallelly and second portion protrude from the concrete roof and sealed at the ends of the elongated portion. A coolant liquid (4) is provided inside the hollow elongated portion adapted to absorb the heat from the surface of roof. The second protruding portion of the elongated portion positioned in a condensing unit is configured to condense the gaseous coolant liquid generated when the surface of the concrete roof exposed to heat and the condensate is recirculated to the first portion of the elongated portion by the capillary action of porous portion (3) whereby the temperature of coolant liquid is reduced. A storing unit circulates the coolant to condensing unit is configured to condense the gaseous coolant liquid. The nanoparticle is selected from copper, graphene, carbon nanotube with the particle size between 1nm and 1000nm. USE - System for cooling concrete roof. ADVANTAGE - The arrangement of coolant pipes with condenser integrated in the concrete surface is capable of cooling the concrete roof and also generates hot water without electricity. The heat transfer of the coolant pipes are enchanted by the addition of the nanoparticle coated capillary wick in the coolant pipes.
