NOVELTY - Low-pressure heating carbon fiber/graphene composite material comprises a ternary ethylene propylene rubber layer A, graphene coating, a carbon fiber and ethylene propylene rubber layer B contact the graphene coating is made of graphene slurry, the slurry includes 8 wt.% graphene, 0.5-1 wt.% CWF-6028 antioxidant, 10-15 wt.% bisphenol F type epoxy resin and 10-15 wt.% epoxy curing agent. USE - The material is useful for high pressure environment and high temperature environment. ADVANTAGE - The material has high conductivity, good stability resistor fast heat generating efficiency, good electric safety, good mechanical property and good durability, excellent mechanical property, durability and insulation effect, and smaller resistivity and generates large amount of heat, and increases the conductivity and thermal conductivity of carbon fiber, and generates large amount of heat under the action of low voltage 36 V.
