▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for the preparation of a graphene/metal composite powder material involves (a) dissolving graphene oxide and polyvinylpyrrolidone in an alcohol solvent using an ultrasonic disperser to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, (b) uniformly dispersing a metal powder in the graphene oxide dispersion by mechanical stirring, (c) coating graphene oxide on the metal powder to obtain graphene/metal composite slurry, (d) drying the graphene/metal composite slurry in an oven to obtain graphene/metal composite powder, and (e) calcining the graphene/metal composite powder. USE - Method is useful for the preparation of a graphene/metal composite powder material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene/metal composite powder material without agglomeration of graphene in the metal matrix. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for the preparation of a graphene/metal composite powder material involves (a) dissolving graphene oxide and polyvinylpyrrolidone in an alcohol solvent using an ultrasonic disperser to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, where the weight ratio of the graphene oxide and polyvinylpyrrolidone is 2:1-1:2, (b) uniformly dispersing a metal powder in the graphene oxide dispersion by mechanical stirring, (c) coating graphene oxide on the metal powder to obtain graphene/metal composite slurry, (d) drying the graphene/metal composite slurry in an oven to obtain graphene/metal composite powder, and (e) calcining the graphene/metal composite powder at high temperature in an atmosphere protection furnace so that graphene oxide is reduced to graphene and polyvinylpyrrolidone is removed to obtain graphene/metal composite powder material.
