▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite fabric is obtained by mixing 100 parts mass graphene/polyethylene terephthalate nanocomposite and 0-10 parts mass additive, spinning, cooling, oiling, burring, weaving and dyeing. The graphene sheet is connected with polyethylene terephthalate through covalent bonding. USE - Composite fabric used in protective clothing, shade cloth, tent cloth, umbrella cloth, jacket and curtain. ADVANTAGE - The composite fabric is prepared by a simple, effective and economical method. The graphene has excellent dispersibility in the polymer matrix. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene/polyethylene terephthalate nanocomposite, which (S1) involves drying monolayer oxide graphene dispersion having a size of 1-50 mu m by atomization drying to obtain a finely pulverized graphene oxide having a carbon to oxygen ratio of 2.5-5, (S2) mixing 100 pts. wt. terephthalic acid, 48-67 pts. wt. ethylene glycol and 0.02 pts. wt. sodium acetate, and carrying out esterification reaction at 250 degrees C, (S3) adding 0.585-5.85 pts. wt. finely pulverized graphene oxide and 0.018 pts. wt. catalyst to esterified product, stirring for 1-3 hours, heating to 285 degrees C, vacuumizing, and cooling.
