NOVELTY - High-base-value thixotropic calcium sulfonate antirust agent comprises 40-50 pts. wt. calcium sulfonate with super-high base value, 30-50 pts. wt. dispersing medium, 5-10 pts. wt. de-ionized water and 2-3 pts. wt. benzene sulfonic functional graphene, 2-3 pts. wt. fulvic acid and 5-10 pts. wt. sodium bicarbonate. USE - Used as high-base-value thixotropic calcium sulfonate antirust agent. ADVANTAGE - The method: uses sodium bicarbonate as the raw material to decompose and generate carbon dioxide at high temperature, instead of the existing common technology, uses equipment to pass carbon dioxide gas into the reactor, which is economical, convenient to operate, and can replace similar imported products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high-base- calcium sulfonate antirust agent, comprising adding super-high base value synthetic calcium sulfonate and dispersing medium into the reaction kettle, stirring and dispersing for 10-20 minutes at normal temperature, adding de-ionized water, continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding fulvic acid, continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes, heating the system to 100 degrees C, adding benzene sulfonic acid functionalized graphene and sodium bicarbonate, continuously stirring and reacting for 2-3 hours, heating to 130 degrees C, vacuumizing and dehydrating, stirring for 1-2 hours.
