▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing carbon black and graphene microchip composite material comprises: (i) smelting anthracite (bituminous coal, non-stick coal, coal char or other coal) with lignite coal into 100-200 meshes to obtain mixed coal powder; (ii) adding an activator (mixed solution of phosphoric acid, zinc chloride, potassium hydroxide and/or sodium hydroxide) into the mixed coal powder, kneading at room temperature for 1-4 hours, heating and drying at 60-80 degrees C to obtain a mixture; (iii) activating the mixture under inert gas nitrogen, argon or hydrogen atmosphere at 800-1200 degrees C for 0-4 hours, then naturally cooling to obtain composite carbonized product; and (iv) washing the composite carbonized product with acid for 2-5 times, washing with deionized water for 2-5 times, and drying. USE - The carbon black and graphene microchip composite material is useful for tire, plastic, battery and capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The composite material is simple and economical to prepare, has large material storage capacity, and suitable for mass production.
