NOVELTY - Preparing graphene powder reinforced purple phosphorus alkenyl gas sensitive sensor film comprises (i) crushing the block body purple phosphorus into purple phosphorus alkene, (ii) mixing the violarene prepared with graphene powder, adding solvent to form slurry, using spin coating, drop coating and vacuum filtering method to prepare graphene powder enhanced violet phosphorusalkenyl gaseous sensor film on the substrate. USE - The method for graphene powder enhanced violet-phosphorus alkenyl gas sensor film is useful in a gas sensor (all claimed), and in electronic information sensing field. ADVANTAGE - The graphene powder reinforced purple phosphorus alkenyl gas sensitive sensor film has excellent gas sensitivity, and prevents gas leakage or gas pollution, and is environment-friendly and easy to realize industrial production.
