NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene-polyimide heating film involves dissolving diamine in organic solvent, stirring under nitrogen, adding dianhydride and organic solvent, performing polycondensation reaction in deoxygenated environment, adding blocking agent for capping to obtain polyamide solution having solid content of 18-24 wt.%, adding graphene oxide raw materials, stirring to obtain composite solution, filtering, scraping to obtain initial film, heating to dry to obtain film (A), mixing graphene powder and binder and applying to the surface of film (A) to form reinforcing layer (C), using composite solution and scraping the coating layer on reinforcing layer to obtain initial film (B), and heat treating composite primary film. The mass of graphene oxide is 0.5-5 wt.% of total amount of polyamic acid and graphene oxide. USE - Preparation of graphene-polyimide heating film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-polyimide heating film with excellent electrical and thermal properties, high binding effect, high activity and high mechanical properties.
