▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A three-dimensional graphene/carbon nano-tube network-based flexible multi-functional strain sensor preparing method involves growing a network of three-dimensional graphene/carbon nano-tube by two-step chemical vapor deposition process. The resultant material is cured and bonded with an elastic polymer as flexible substrate to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional graphene/carbon nano-tube network-based flexible multi-functional strain sensor that is utilized in clinical diagnosis, health monitoring, robot, electronic screen, electronic skin and flexible micro-heater fields. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the three-dimensional graphene/carbon nano-tube network-based flexible multi-functional strain sensor with better strainability, high sensitivity, better electronic strain sensing performance, better electronic skin simulation capabilities and improved micro heat source application performance, in a simple manner.
