NOVELTY - Composition comprises graphene, and probe containing fluorescent substance. USE - The composition is useful for detecting nucleic acid in exosome (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition replaces existing method of analyzing exosome nucleic acid marker; has high reliability and resolution; easily, quickly and accurately detects various nucleic acids present in exosome; detects nucleic acid in exosome without decomposing exosomal membrane; and is economical.
