NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene film, involves mixing expanded graphite with water, placing in liquid nitrogen to obtain graphene precursor, mixing graphene precursor, surfactant, reducing agent and metal salt in solvent to obtain mixed system, carrying out microwave treatment to obtain graphene suspension, depositing graphene coating on substrate (A) by physical vapor deposition process, adding film precursor to sulfuric acid solution, dissolving in aniline monomer, washing with water and ethanol to obtain graphene film. USE - Method for preparing graphene film (claimed) for use in electrode and display. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene film with excellent conductivity, high density and flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene film, involves (1) expanding graphite to obtain expanded graphite, mixing expanded graphite with water, placing in liquid nitrogen, leaving still for 5-60 minutes to obtain graphene precursor, (2) mixing the graphene precursor, surfactant, reducing agent and metal salt in solvent to obtain mixed system, carrying out microwave treatment for 10-30 minutes to obtain graphene suspension, (3) coating the graphene suspension on substrate by high speed ion injection process to obtain substrate (A), (4) depositing graphene coating on substrate (A) by physical vapor deposition process, (5) removing the substrate to obtain film precursor, (6) adding film precursor to sulfuric acid solution, dissolving in aniline monomer to form reaction solution, leaving still for 5-30 minutes, separately washing with water and ethanol to obtain graphene film.
