NOVELTY - A graphene printed circuit pattern structure comprises substrate (10) having electrical insulation and graphene printed circuit layer (20) which is electrically conductive and contains 0.1-30 wt.% surface-modified nanographene platelets (21), 20-70 wt.% carrier resin (23) and 10-50 wt.% filler (25) in which surface-modified nanographene platelets is uniformly dispersed in carrier resin and filler is provided among surface-modified nanographene platelets to connect surface-modified nanographene platelets to each other. USE - A graphene printed circuit pattern structure. ADVANTAGE - Electrical insulation and heat dissipation are excellent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene printed circuit pattern structure comprises substrate (10) having electrical insulation and graphene printed circuit layer (20) which is electrically conductive and contains 0.1-30 wt.% surface-modified nanographene platelets (21), 20-70 wt.% carrier resin (23) and 10-50 wt.% filler (25) in which surface-modified nanographene platelets is uniformly dispersed in carrier resin, filler is provided among surface-modified nanographene platelets to connect surface-modified nanographene platelets to each other, and ratio of particle size of filler to thickness of surface-modified nanographene platelet is 2-1000.
