▎ 摘  要

A temperature control circulating water bath device (23)is connected to a negative feedback controller (28). The data collecting and the negative feedback controllers are respectively connected to a computer (26). The heating copper rod that is divided into upper and lower two layers, where the upper layer is covered by a polytetrafluoroethylene block (19). USE - Device for realizing self-assembling of graphene film based on super-cooling boiling. Uses include but are not limited to nuclear power station, condensation photovoltaic, high power density electronic device cooling and heat pump system. ADVANTAGE - The device overcomes the shortage of the existing coating technology, based on the super-cooling boiling self-assembling method is simple, adjustable and low cost. It can adopt different types and concentration of graphene-based material on various substrates to quickly prepare graphene- based thin film of adjustable micro-nano structure. It solves the problem that the nano-material in the graphite alkenyl nano-fluid is agglomerated when the temperature is close to the boiling point, precipitation and chemical denaturation and so on, so as to realize plating uniform and stable graphite-alkenyl film on the target substrate. The device can realize negative feedback intelligent adjustment of boiling working medium temperature and control of boiling heat flux and boiling time to affect the shape of the graphene film.
