▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene-enhanced aqueous epoxy resin coating without organic solvent involves (a) reacting excess ethanolamine with low molecular weight epoxy resin using acrylate as solvent, adding neutralizer, water, polypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether and methylene bisacrylamide for copolymerization reaction, adding an initiator for carrying out free radical polymerization and grafting reaction to obtain a cationic aqueous epoxy resin emulsifier, and (b) mixing the obtained cationic aqueous epoxy resin emulsifier with low-molecular-weight aqueous epoxy resin, neutral aqueous epoxy resin curing agent and graphene to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-enhanced aqueous epoxy resin coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problems of uncontrollable, high viscosity, uneven reaction, and influence on water resistance during the synthesis of emulsifiers, solves the limitation that organic solvents must be added in the synthesis of emulsifiers, and achieves the purpose of preparing emulsifiers without any volatile organic solvents. The obtained graphene-reinforced aqueous epoxy resin coating has excellent mechanical properties and anti-corrosion properties.
