NOVELTY - A wear-resistant and heat-resistant non-vulcanized product comprises 25-40 wt.% thermoplastic elastic resin, 10-35 wt.% liquid hydrocarbon, 0.1-2.5 wt.% lubricant, 0.1-1 wt.% antioxidant, 0.1-1 wt.% anti-aging agent, 0.5-3 wt.% wear-resistant agent and balance filler. USE - Non-vulcanized product is used in constructing outdoor and/or indoor track and court (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The safe product having improved heat resistance, wear resistance, mechanical properties, shelf life and excellent stability, does not generate irritating odor after heating or aging. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of non-vulcanized product which involves uniformly mixing thermoplastic elastic resin with styrene-terminated polymer and liquid hydrocarbon, followed by adding lubricant, antioxidant, anti-aging agent, wear-resistant agent, filler, then mixing uniformly, extruding and granulating with double-screw extruder.
