▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing highly thermally conductive aluminum nitride powder comprises (i) mixing alumina and graphene in a molar ratio of 1:5-5:1 to obtain mixed powder; (ii) subjecting the mixed powder to a nitriding reaction under a nitrogen or ammonia atmosphere at high temperature of 1200-2000 degrees C, and the nitriding reaction time is 1-8 hours; (iii) cooling the nitriding reaction and removing oxygen by introducing the reducing gas. USE - The method is useful for preparing highly thermally conductive aluminum nitride powder. ADVANTAGE - The powder has high reactivity and reaction uniformity. The method improves the thermal conductivity of the material, has low reaction temperature, simple, low energy consumption and high product performance.
