▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The apparatus (1000) has a gas supply portion (500) and a gas discharge portion (600), which are provided in both sides of the main chamber (100). A substrate (700) is passed inside the main chamber by rotating a supply roll (200) and a recovery roll (300) and heated by an inductor (400). The supply roll is formed in the upper side of the main chamber and the recovery roll is formed in the lower side of the main chamber. A limit detector (800) is provided in the lower side of the substrate reeled in the recovery roll. USE - Graphene continuous synthesizing apparatus using roll-to-roll process and induction heating. ADVANTAGE - Synthetic cost of graphene is lowered and graphene synthesis productivity is improved since fast and consecutive synthesis of graphene is enabled by employing the roll to roll mode and induction heating.
