NOVELTY - The method involves mixing graphene oxide mixed solution of granular carbon material with a surface active agent, and performing mixed solution process solvent hot treatment on the granular carbon material to obtain a graphite rare base. A filtering process is performed on a graphite alkenyl composite precursor. Non-carbonaceous heteroatoms are removed from the graphite alkenyl composite precursor to obtain a graphene composite conductive agent. USE - Method for preparing graphite alkenyl composite conductive agent that is utilized in lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the graphite alkenyl composite conductive agent in an effective manner.
