NOVELTY - Graphite powder is mixed with concentrated sulfuric acid and oxidized using potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide. The oxidized graphene is ultrasonically dispersed using dispersing agent with specified power and frequency, and reduced using reducing agent at 200-3500 degrees C under pressure of 50-150 atmosphere. The reducing agent is alcohol or homoester. USE - Manufacture of graphene used for nanoelectronics. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides graphene.
