NOVELTY - Preparation of solid-core-insulated radio-frequency semi-coaxial cable involves uniformly coating graphene on an outer layer of a silver-plated copper clad steel wire, forming an inner conductor layer, uniformly coating a modified solid core PTFE on the outer surface of the inner conductor layer and uniformly coating resultant on an outer conductor layer. The modified solid core PTFE insulation layer contains PTFE, sodium polyacrylate, polyoxyethylene nonylphenol phosphate, paraffin oil, zinc oxide, epoxidized soybean oil, acetone and white carbon black. USE - Preparation of solid-core insulation radio-frequency semi-coaxial cable. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of lightweight low-attenuation solid-core insulation radio-frequency semi-coaxial cable having excellent tensile strength, and high inner conductor signal transmission performance efficiency due to wide screen frequency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of solid-core insulation radio-frequency semi-coaxial cable involves coating graphene on an outer layer of a silver-plated copper clad steel wire, forming an inner conductor layer, uniformly coating a modified solid core PTFE on the outer surface of the inner conductor layer and uniformly coating resultant on an outer conductor layer. The modified solid core PTFE insulation layer is prepared using 80-90 pts. wt. PTFE, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. sodium polyacrylate, 2-3 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene nonylphenol phosphate, 1-2 pts. wt. paraffin oil, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-6 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil, 10-20 pts. wt. acetone and 20-30 pts. wt. white carbon black.
