NOVELTY - Preparing environmentally-friendly water-soluble graphene, comprises adding block type polyether F-127 into graphene oxide aqueous solution, dispersing uniformly to obtain water soluble graphene oxide solution, adding a reducing agent and mixing uniformly, diluting with water to 0-20 times, and adjusting the pH of the solution to 10-13 using an alkali, and finally reacting at 30-100 degrees C; and the reducing agent is vitamin C, galactose or bovine serum albumin. USE - The water-soluble graphene is useful in biomedical field. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and environmentally friendly, and has strong operability, high yield and low cost.
