The component A is polyurethane prepolymer prepared by reacting 60-70 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 10-20 pts. wt. modified silica and 20-40 pts. wt. diisocyanate at 65-75 °C for 2-3 hours. The component B comprises 30-50 pts. wt. polyol, 1-6 pts. wt. chain extender, 0.05-0.1 pt. wt. catalyst, 1-3 pts. wt. nano-titanium oxide powder and 1-2 pts. wt. color paste. USE - Used as polyurethane. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane: has excellent mechanical properties and mechanical stability, has improved various performance parameters, and has significantly improved tensile strength and tear strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyurethane, comprising uniformly mixing polyol, chain extender, color paste, nano-titanium oxide powder and catalyst to obtain component B, mixing component A and component B, stirring at 60-80 ℃ for 30-60 seconds, pouring into a mold, and curing at 25-35 ℃ for 4-5 hours, then post-curing at 80-90 ℃ for 8-10 hours to obtain final product.
