▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Sulfanilic graphene oxide doped sulfonated polyether ether ketone/epoxy resin semi-interpenetrating proton exchange membrane material comprises epoxy resins diethylenetriamine crosslinking agent under action forming crosslinked network as the main body as the proton exchange membrane, straight throughout the cross-linked network forming semi-interpenetrating network as sulfonated poly ether ketone and sulfanilic graphene oxide as doping particles, which are dispersed in the semi-interpenetrating network. USE - Used as sulfanilic graphene oxide doped sulfonated polyether ether ketone/epoxy resin semi-interpenetrating proton exchange membrane material. ADVANTAGE - The membrane material has: high degree of water absorption; good alcohol resistance performance; sulfanilic acid graphene oxide, which improves proton conductivity properties; epoxy resin semi-interpenetrating network, which increases the dimensional stability and anti-water swelling properties, thus improves life span of the film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing sulfanilic graphene oxide doped sulfonated polyether ether ketone/epoxy resin semi-interpenetrating proton exchange membrane material, comprising (i) dissolving sulfonation degree of 50-90% sulfonated poly ether ketone in dimethylacetamide solvent, preparing into 2-20 wt.% concentration solution, (ii) adding pulverized sulfanilic acid graphene oxide into step (i) solution, ultrasonic dispersing for 8-12 hours, forming an uniform solution, drying at 50-60 degrees C 10-12 hours, raising drying temperature to 100 degrees C for 4-5 hours, removing solvent to obtain sulfanilic acid graphene oxide Doped sulfonated polyether ether ketone, where equivalent ratio of sulfonated poly ether ketone and sulfanilic acid graphene oxide is 1:0.05-0.23, (iii) preparing sulfanilic acid graphene oxide Doped sulfonated polyether ether ketone as 2-20 wt.% concentration solution, (iv) dissolving epoxy resin in dimethylacetamide solvent, where ratio is 1:20-25, adding step (iii) solution, ultrasonic dispersing for 4-6 hours, gradually adding diethylenetriamine, under inert atmosphere protection, stirring at room temperature for 15-20 hours, mechanical stirring at 120-160 degrees C for 0.5-1 hours to obtain membrane-forming solution, where equivalent ratio of sulfonated poly ether ketone and epoxy resin is 1:0.1-0.4, and equivalent ratio of epoxy resin and diethylenetriamine is 1:0.01-0.02 and (v) drying step (iv) membrane-forming solution at 50-60 degrees C for 10-15 hours, raising drying temperature to 100 degrees C for 4-6 hours and removing solvent.
