▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene slurry involves adding graphene oxide into water to obtain 1-4 mg/ml % of graphene oxide water dispersion, adding carbodiimide to obtain mixed solution, preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method, where carbodiimide is commercial water dispersion or emulsion type, and adding carbodiimide. The ratio of carbodiimide and graphene oxide is 5-20:1. The mixed solution is mixed with 1-3 % of acetic acid aqueous solution to adjust pH value to 2-5. The temperature is controlling to 25-80 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing graphene slurry for anionic aqueous polyurethane coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene slurry that is stable for long time, has long storage time and good elastic modulus i.e. 2.23-2.34 gigapascal, and in simple and eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene slurry involves adding graphene oxide into water to obtain 1-4 mg/ml % of graphene oxide water dispersion, adding carbodiimide to obtain mixed solution, preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method, where carbodiimide is commercial water dispersion or emulsion type, and adding carbodiimide. The ratio of carbodiimide and graphene oxide is 5-20:1. The mixed solution is mixed with 1-3 % of acetic acid aqueous solution to adjust pH value to 2-5. The temperature is controlling to 25-80 degrees C, and oxidization graphene and carbodiimide is reacted for 10-720 minutes to obtain reaction solution. The reaction solution is centrifuged or filtered to obtain precipitate or filter cake which is washed by de-ionized water until the effluent liquid is neutral to obtain modified graphene. The ratio of modified graphene and water is 2-20:1.
