NOVELTY - Rubber cloth membrane for hydrogen fuel cells comprises base cloth and rubber material wrapped on the base cloth. The rubber material comprises 40-45 pts. wt. hydrogenated nitrile rubber, 2-3 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 5-10 pts. wt. carbon black, 20-25 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. KH550, 3-5 pts. wt. softener, 2-3 pts. wt. DCP, 4-6 pts. wt. maleic anhydride modified polybutadiene, 0.5-1 pts. wt. No.1 vulcanizing agent, and 0.5-1 pts. wt. ditolylguanidine. USE - The rubber cloth membrane for hydrogen fuel cells is used as power generating device for directly converting chemical energy of hydrogen and oxygen into electric energy. ADVANTAGE - The rubber cloth membrane has improved adhesive strength and sealing performance of the membrane product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the rubber cloth membrane, comprising (1) plasticating hydrogenated nitrile rubber in an internal mixer, (2) adding antioxidant, inorganic filler, graphene, and KH550, heating up to 110-120degrees Celsius, and mixing, (3) adding carbon black, softener, maleic anhydride modified polybutadiene, DOTG, mixing, and discharging glue, (4) placing the mixture prepared in the step (3) into the mill, adding No.1 vulcanizing agent and peroxide to the mill, adjusting the roll distance of the open mill, after the material all passes through the roll, removing and returning to the top of the roll, and passing through the roll many times, and (5) adjusting the roller distance after the thin pass in step (4), and removing the uniformly squeezed material from the roller to obtain the rubber material.
