▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/carbon nano tube/nickel electrode is prepared by mixing graphene oxide and carbon nano tube into the alcohol solvent, and ultrasonic dispersing to obtain mixed solution. A nickel foil electrode is prepared by adding nitric acid solution to the mixed solution, applying 40-80 V of direct current, carrying out electrophoresis reaction between two electrodes, drying in the inert atmosphere, at 400-800 degrees C for 3-8 hours and cooling to obtain a finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene/carbon nano tube/nickel electrode for use in super capacitor or lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing electrode with reduced equivalent series resistance (ESR) of the graphite oxide/carbon nano tube/nickel electrode, and increased power density of a super capacitor, in a simple, and short time manner.
