NOVELTY - An oil-based asphalt resin anti-slouting agent comprises 20-40 pts. wt. asphalt, 25-40 pts. wt. fuming sulfuric acid, 20-40 pts. wt. petroleum resin, 5-15 pts. wt. water-soluble starch, 8-15 pts. wt. acrylamide, 6-10 pts. wt. crosslinker and 10-30 pts. wt. lignite resin. USE - Oil-based asphalt resin anti-slouting agent. ADVANTAGE - The product has improved anti-high temperature performance and better salt resistance performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of oil-based asphalt resin anti-slouting agent comprising mixing asphalt with fuming sulfuric acid, adding petroleum resin, stirring, adding remaining raw materials and water, stirring, adding alkali solution to adjust the pH value to weak alkaline, drying, and crushing. The adding amount of the water and the adding amount of the water-soluble starch is 1:(0.3-0.8).
