▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of supercapacitor electrode material involves preparing graphene oxide by carrying out pre-oxidation and secondary oxidation using a modified Hummers method, adding aniline to sulfuric acid solution, mixing in an ice water bath, adding graphene oxide to the mixture, reacting for 1-3 hours, adding ammonium persulfate-containing sulfuric acid solution, reacting for 10-24 hours, centrifuging, washing, drying to obtain a polyaniline/graphene composite material, dissolving a nickel chloride hexahydrate, manganese chloride, urotropine and polyaniline/graphene composite material in deionized water, ultrasonically treating, hydrothermally reacting the mixture in a PTFE stainless steel reactor, filtering, washing and drying. USE - Preparation of electrode material for supercapacitor, high performance electrocatalytic materials, and energy devices such as lithium ion batteries. ADVANTAGE - The process provides electrode material which has controllable morphology, three dimensional porous spatial structure, excellent electroconductivity, large specific surface area and excellent chemical properties, and uses polyaniline and nickel manganese hydroxide which effectively alleviate the shrinkage and expansion of the active substance during charging and discharging.
