NOVELTY - Manufacture of high-efficiency piezoelectric element involves preparing a solution (S1) containing halide perovskite nanoparticles by mixing halide perovskite precursor powders with a dimethylformamide solvent, preparing a solution (S2) by mixing piezoelectric polymer powders with a dimethylformamide solvent and a tetrahydrofuran solvent, adding the solution (S1) to the solution (S2) to produce a solution (S3), and applying the solution (S3) on a substrate to prepare a piezoelectric device including a piezoelectric nanocomposite thin film in which the halide perovskite nanoparticles are uniformly dispersed. USE - Manufacture of high-efficiency piezoelectric element. Uses include but are not limited to piezoelectric energy harvesting element, thermoelectric energy sensor, triboelectric energy harvesting element, solar cell, light detector, gas sensor, X-ray detector, tactile sensors, memory devices, lithium-ion battery, multilayer ceramic capacitor, piezoelectric resonators, piezoelectric actuator and piezoelectric transducer. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture high-efficiency piezoelectric device in a simple and cost-effective manner.
