NOVELTY - Preparing composite material involves mixing graphene oxide, conjugated polymer and organic solvent uniformly in inert gas protection for 5-10 hours. The obtained mixture is irradiated with ultraviolet radiation. The irradiated mixture is dispersed in water for 3-6 hours. The dispersed material is stirred with concentrated ammonia water for 5-6 hours. The obtained mixture is aged for 8-24 hours to obtain suspension that is centrifuged and separated to obtain precipitate as product. USE - Method for preparing composite material used in solar battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare composite material that ensures simple preparation, convenient operation, high manufacturing efficiency, low cost and good electrochemical performance.
