▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene polymer cement waterproof coating comprises taking graphene oxide, adding dimethylsulfoxide, ultrasonically dispersing, adding vinyl dimethoxy silane, N,N-methylene bisacrylamide, triethylamine and vinyl aniline, reacting, filtering, treating residue with dimethylsulfoxide, and washing to obtain modified graphene containing crosslinking group, taking three-necked flask, adding ethanol, methyl methacrylate, dibutyl phthalate, methyl cellulose and vinyl dimethoxy silane, ultrasonically treating, adding e.g. azodiisoheptanonitrile. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene polymer cement waterproof coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating comprises methylcellulose, which improves strength and prevents the occurrence of cracking and graphene oxide, which improves tensile strength and toughness of cement hydration product and improves mechanical strength, durability and impermeability of the polymer cement water-proof coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified graphene polymer cement waterproof coating comprises (i) taking 10-20 g graphene oxide in a 500 ml three-necked flask equipped with a thermometer, adding 100-150 ml dimethylsulfoxide, and ultrasonically dispersing at 180-200 w for 1-2 hours to obtain stable and uniform dispersion of graphene oxide, (ii) adding 20-30 ml vinyl dimethoxy silane, 10-20 ml N,N-methylene bisacrylamide, 2-3 ml triethylamine and 10-20 ml vinyl aniline, reacting in an ice water bath at 0-5 degrees C for 10-12 hours, filtering solution and residue, treating residue with dimethylsulfoxide, and washing with deionized water for 3-5 times to obtain modified graphene containing crosslinking group, (iii) taking 2000 ml three-necked flask equipped with a thermometer, adding 400-500 ml 95% ethanol, 20-30 g methyl methacrylate, 5-7 g dibutyl phthalate, 3-5 g methyl cellulose and 10-20 ml vinyl dimethoxy silane, and ultrasonically treating at 180-200 W for 10-20 minutes to obtain emulsion, (iv) adding 4-6 g azodiisoheptanonitrile, and reacting in a water bath at 65-75 degrees C for 5-6 hours to obtain polymethyl methacrylate emulsion, (v) adding 50-60 g white cement, 0.2-0.4 g polycarboxylic acid type water reducing agent, 3-5 g silicon powder and modified graphene, and ultrasonically treating at 180-200 W for 3-4 hours.
