NOVELTY - A graphene dry-mix mortar comprises 0.02-0.5 wt.% graphene, 68-76 wt.% yellow sand, 10-22 wt.% cement, 3-10 wt.% pulverized coal ash, 1.5-3 wt.% water reducing agent and 1-2 wt.% additive. USE - The graphene dry-mix mortar. ADVANTAGE - The graphene dry-mixed mortar has improved performance and increased diversity of dry-mixed mortar function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of graphene dry-mix mortar comprising respectively drying yellow sand, cement, pulverized coal ash, water reducing agent and additive, grinding and sieving, mixing and stirring, obtaining dry-mixed mortar, adding expanded graphite and water into the reactor, adding emulsifier, reacting, homogenizing to obtain graphene slurry, drying to obtain graphene, dividing graphene into equal parts, sequentially adding graphene to the mixer, stirring, taking graphene with different specific gravity and dry-mixed mortars, storing in bags, weighing for analysis, mixing with water, testing for 28-day cubic compressive strength of the mortar, 14-day tensile bond strength of the mortar, impermeable pressure, and strength loss rate of 15 freeze-thaw cycles to obtain experimental data.
