▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Printing graphene oxide or its derivative on fabric comprises preparing graphene oxide or its derivative paste by taking graphene oxide, aminated graphene oxide, carboxylated graphene oxide or sulfonated graphene oxide, adding distilled water, adjusting pH, ultrasonically reacting, and obtaining graphene oxide or its derivative paste, printing on fabric, infrared drying to obtain graphene oxide or its derivative printed fabric, drying, immersing in reducing agent solution, reducing, water washing, drying, and obtaining printed conductive fabric with reduced graphene oxide. USE - Printing graphene oxide or its derivative on fabric i.e. cotton, hemp, silk, wool, Terylene (RTM: polyester), polyamide, Orlon (RTM: acrylic fiber) or blended fabric to obtain printed conductive fabric with reduced graphene oxide (claimed) useful for medical healthcare, intelligent sensor, mobile power generation, military and intelligent monitoring field. ADVANTAGE - The method provides flexible graphene conductive fabric with good conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Printing graphene oxide or its derivative on fabric comprises preparing graphene oxide or its derivative paste by taking 1-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, aminated graphene oxide, carboxylated graphene oxide or sulfonated graphene oxide, adding 95-99 pts. wt. distilled water, adjusting pH at 4-8, ultrasonically reacting at 0-20 degrees C and 300-1000 W for 1-5 hours, and obtaining 10-50 g/L graphene oxide or its derivative paste, printing on fabric, infrared drying for 2-10 minutes to obtain graphene oxide or its derivative printed fabric, drying, immersing in 0.2-0.5% reducing agent solution, reducing at 70-120 degrees C for 2-180 minutes, water washing, drying, and obtaining printed conductive fabric with reduced graphene oxide.
