NOVELTY - Preparing ceramic tiles with high acid resistance, temperature resistance and pressure resistance involves roasting 20-26 wt.% plastic clay in a high-temperature shuttle furnace for 2-4 hours to prepare alumina. The plastic clay, calcined alumina 30-40 wt.% silicon dioxide content, quartz powder, Guizhou soil 10-20 wt.%, dolomite 3-5 wt.% is placed, add silicon carbide-graphene composite powder with a base material weight of 1-3 wt.% to a ball mill and water spraying ball milling and grinding. The magnesium-zirconium composite additive is added with 0.3-0.5% base material in the ball mill, spraying water and ball mill to prepare a clinker, send the clinker into a spiral extruder, and adding adhesive of clinker weight 3- 5% in the spiral extrusion. USE - Method for preparing special ceramic tile used in nonferrous metal smelting, chemical industry and high temperature high pressure reaction kettle, tower, groove and other working condition. ADVANTAGE - The method provides ceramic tile with high acid-resistant and temperature-resistant performance. The ceramic tile has high acid corrosion resistance, high compressive strength and temperature resistance, which can improve the acid yield more than 10 %, increase the service life more than 5 years, reduce the production cost more than 30 %, so as to realize high yield and low consumption.
