▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material based on inkjet printing technology comprises e.g. (i) washing the graphene with alkali and acid, soaking in an electroless plating solution, performing the surface modification treatment under agitation, filtering the precipitate, washing and drying to obtain modified graphene; (ii) adding the modified graphene into an organic solvent, and dispersing ultrasonically to obtain a modified graphene dispersion, adding pure aluminum powder or aluminum alloy powder into the modified graphene dispersion, stirring, filtering to collect the precipitate, and drying to obtain a composite powder; and (iii) mixing the composite powder and the curing agent described in step (ii) uniformly to obtain sand and inkjet printing the sand to obtain a porous structured graphene/aluminum composite material preform. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material based on inkjet printing technology. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves wettability of graphene and aluminum, reduces agglomeration of graphene; has high density, short preparation period and high efficacy; and is suitable for industrialization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material based on inkjet printing technology, prepared as mentioned above. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the schematic representation of technical roadmap of preparing graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material based on inkjet printing technology.
