▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene oxide sheet, involves oxidizing a carbon nanohorn aggregate and treating with ultrasonic waves. USE - Manufacture of graphene oxide sheet (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to transparent conductive films, electrical storage applications, electric power generation applications, transistor integrated circuits, carriers used for drug delivery, fluorescent label used in immunological test, biosensors, and bio-imaging applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple manufacture of graphene oxide sheet with less structural defects, uniform nanosize, and excellent electroconductivity, in large quantities. The sheet has large surface area, many functional groups, and high hydrophilicity. When used for drug delivery, the graphene oxide sheet has the ability to discharge the drug for a long time in blood and affected portion. The graphene oxide sheet exhibits luminescence in visible region, which enhances use as fluorescent label. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene oxide sheet having a length of 50 nm or less and a width of 10 nm or less.
