▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene polymer paint involves dissolving the 20-30 pts. wt. graphite in de-ionized water for ultrasonic dispersion to obtain dispersed graphene solution. The 15-30 pts. wt. porous material is dissolved into dispersed graphene solution at 60-100 degrees C and subjected to mechanically stirring to obtain paste. The obtained product is subjected to spray drying to obtain graphene-porous material. The obtained graphene-porous material is added into the micro-crosslinking reaction kettle which is equipped with thermometer, stirrer and condenser, and added 15-30 pts. wt. polyacrylate emulsion. USE - Method for preparing graphene polymer paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene polymer paint has waterproof film that increases reinforcing and toughening, good corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and high service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene polymer paint involves dissolving the 20-30 pts. wt. graphite in de-ionized water for ultrasonic dispersion to obtain dispersed graphene solution. The initiator and sodium hydrogen carbonate are added to obtained mixture and performed the stirring process at room temperature for 1-2 hours. The polyacrylate emulsion-crosslinking film-forming under action of initiator and graphene/porous material are fixed in the micro-pore material. The 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. initiator is polyacrylic ester emulsion. The dosage of sodium hydrogen carbonate is used to adjust pH value to 8-9. The obtained product is adjusted to neutral pH and added 0.5-1 pts. wt. emulsifying agent and 20-30 pts. wt. polyacrylate emulsion under high-speed stirring to disperse and emulsify for 0.5 hours in micelle formation to obtain graphene polymer paint.
