NOVELTY - High performance polyurethane flame retardant foam comprises a foam base layer, a bulked fiber layer and a silencing foam layer. The two sides of the foam base layer are provided with a bulked fiber layer. The outer side of the expanded fiber layer is provided with a silencing foam layer. The expanded fiber layer is polyurethane fiber, along the conductive foam radial direction and along the conductive foam section along the annular direction, the foam base layer, the expanded fiber layer and the silencing foam layer is provided with a flame-retardant hot sol. The foam base layer is: 52-62 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 90-120 pts. wt. halogen-free polyether polyol, 4.1-5.1 pts. wt. water, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. polyurethane catalyst, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. organic tin catalyst, 0.8-1.6 pts. wt. foam stabilizer, 6-10 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 6-10 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. silicone oil, and 4-9 pts. wt. cyclodextrin. USE - Used as high performance polyurethane flame retardant foam. ADVANTAGE - The foam has high flame retardant, high heat insulation, good weather resistance and good weather resistance.
