NOVELTY - An organic-solvent dispersion liquid comprising 1-10 %mass graphene microparticles and 0.05-1 %mass binder resin is coated on surface of the plastic film by spray method for multiple times. The one-time application quantity, which is weight of graphene microparticles per m2, of the dispersion liquid is 1-3.5 g/m2. The electromagnetic-wave-absorption layer contains plate-shaped graphene microparticles and binder resin on surface of a plastic film. The mass ratio of binder resin and graphene microparticles is 0.05-0.5. USE - Manufacture of electromagnetic-wave-absorption film used for mobile telephone, smart phone, and personal computer. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of electromagnetic-wave-absorption film having excellent absorption power with respect to several hundred MHz or gigahertz electromagnetic wave noise.
