NOVELTY - An aqueous antirust coating comprises 1.0-2.0 pts. wt. sodium polycarboxylate dispersant, 25-35 pts. wt. functional filler, 1-5 pts. wt. nano glass flake powder, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. reduced graphene, 60-80 pts. wt. acrylic acid composite dispersion emulsion, 0.5-1 pt. wt. anti-flash rust agent, 3-10 pts. wt. film forming agent, 0.2-2 pts. wt. composite thickener, 0.3-4 pt. wt. auxiliary agent and 10-20 pts. wt. water. USE - The aqueous antirust coating is useful for metal products (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aqueous antirust coating has excellent alkali resistance, scrub resistance and other comprehensive properties, and simultaneously has salt water resistance. The density of the coating is better. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the aqueous antirust coating comprising (S1) uniformly mixing and stirring sodium polycarboxylate dispersant, functional filler, nano glass flake powder, reduced graphene, acrylic acid composite dispersion emulsion and an anti-flash rust agent, and dispersing at a high speed and grinding to a fineness of below 35 μm, and (S2) adding a film forming agent, composite thickener, auxiliary agent and water, and dispersing at high speed of 700-800 rpm for 10-15 minutes to obtain the finished product.
