NOVELTY - Cable insulation material comprises 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. nano aluminum oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. porous ceramic, 0.001-0.003 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. vinyl silicone rubber, 50-70 pts. wt. polyethylene, 0.5-1 pts. wt. coupling agent and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent. USE - The cable insulation material is useful in high voltage cables. ADVANTAGE - The cable insulation material: improves the breakdown voltage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing cable insulation material comprising (i) treating porous ceramic with coupling agent, (ii) mixing the graphene and nano aluminum oxide loaded on porous ceramics, (iii) coating porous ceramics loaded with graphene and nano aluminum oxide with vinyl silicone rubber to obtain intermediates, and (iv) mixing intermediate with polyethylene and cross-linking agent and then cross-linked and extruding by extruder to obtain final product.
