▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing highly conductive and corrosion-resistant polymer complex coating comprises (i) depositing graphene oxide coating on the surface of metal substrate, and (ii) depositing a polyaniline (PANI) /carbon nano-tubes (CNTs) complex coating on the surface of the graphene oxide coating, to obtain graphene oxide-PANI/CNTs complex coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing highly conductive and corrosion-resistant polymer complex coating, which is useful in fuel cell vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The method: enables to prepare high-conductive corrosion-polymer complex coating, which has excellent corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance, and improved shielding effect; covers and repairs the defects of graphene oxide coating as a covering layer; reduces the defect density of graphene oxide coating; provides anode protection function for base material when the later corrosion medium is permeated to the base material; promotes the defect of contact to form a passivation film at the corrosion medium part to accurately repair defect of the coating; and prevents corrosion medium to further erode the metal base material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a highly conductive and corrosion-resistant polymer complex coating prepared by above mentioned method; and (2) a bipolar plate.
