▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High-permeability mulberry silk membrane cloth comprises 55.1-78.2 pts. wt. mask base paper, 12.8-21.5 pts. wt. mulberry silk, 7.2-13.6 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile nanofiber membrane, 0.7-1.7 pts. wt. composite polyethyleneimine modified graphene oxide composite material, 1.2-1.4 pts. wt. activated carbon, 5.3-9.2 pts. wt. hydrophilic gel, and 7.8-12.3 pts. wt. frozen fermented modified plant fiber. USE - Used as high-permeability mulberry silk membrane cloth. ADVANTAGE - The mulberry silk membrane cloth can effectively improve the penetration effect of mask cloth and enhance the moisturizing effect of mask liquid. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-permeability mulberry silk membrane cloth, comprising (i) dissolving hydrophilic gel in water, placing mask base paper in hydrophilic gel solution for soaking, drying the mask base paper after soaking, and the remaining hydrophilic gel solution is used for subsequent use, (ii) mixing the remaining hydrophilic gel solution, activated carbon and frozen fermented modified plant fiber, and then grinding it into a particle solution with a particle size of less than 0.3 mm, (iii) coating the particle solution between the composite polyethylenimine modified graphene oxide composite material layer and the polyacrylonitrile nanofiber film layer, and form composite polyethylenimine modified graphene oxide composite material/polyacrylonitrile nanofiber membrane composite layer through mask pressing process, (iv) attaching two sides of the composite polyethyleneimine modified graphene oxide composite material/polyacrylonitrile nanofiber membrane composite layer respectively to mask base paper and mulberry silk layer, the mask base paper/composite polyethyleneimine modified graphene oxide composite material/polyacrylonitrile nanofiber film/mulberry silk composite layer is formed by mask pressing process, and (v) drying the mask base paper/composite polyethyleneimine modified graphene oxide composite material/polyacrylonitrile nanofiber membrane/mulberry silk composite layer at 80-88°C for 1-2 hours to obtain high-permeability mulberry silk membrane cloth.
