NOVELTY - Blended filling modified foaming material, comprises 45-60 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin, 30-50 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomers and/or low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and/or ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), 5-8 pts. wt. filler, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. crosslinking agent dicumyl peroxide (DCP), 1-6 pts. wt. microsphere foaming agent and 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. antioxidant 1010, where the filler is quartz powder, kaolin, calcium carbonate, graphene oxide or kaolin. USE - The material is useful for packaging, automobile, heat insulation, building, buffer pad, sound absorption and noise reduction field. ADVANTAGE - The material has uniform cell, small density, good elasticity and comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing foaming material comprises taking dried PET resin, polyolefin elastomers and/or LDPE and/or EVA, filler, antioxidant 1010, starting at high speed mixer, stirring and mixing, pouring the mixed material, using doublescrew extruder for extruding and granulating, drying to obtain the PET pre-foaming blending material; (ii) adding prepared PET pre-foaming blending material, microsphere foaming agent, crosslinking agent dicumyl peroxide into the internal mixer for 1-2 minutes, where the temperature is 90- 100degrees Celsius, the rotating speed is 30- 40 revolutions/minutes, distributing microsphere foaming agent and crosslinking agent in the blending material, taking out the material after banburying, flattening when it is hot, obtaining the pre-foaming material, taking out the material after banburying and flattening when it is hot and (iii) subjecting pre-foaming material by mold pressing foaming, where foaming temperature is 255-270degrees Celsius, under pressure 1-20 MPa and the foaming time is 5-20 minutes.
