NOVELTY - Preparation of highly oriented metal layer graphene assembled electromagnetic shielding film comprises taking 4-20 mg/mL graphene oxide, extruding, soaking in coagulating liquid or liquid nitrogen for 10-100 seconds, solidifying, refrigerating at - 4 to - 20 degrees C for 1-12 hours, freezing, heat treating at 400 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, heating to 1300 degrees C for 1-4 hours under inert gas atmosphere, heating to 3000 degrees C for 1-2 hours under inert gas atmosphere, and depositing metal nanoparticles via electroless plating. USE - Method for preparing highly oriented metal layer graphene assembled electromagnetic shielding film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high conductivity and wide absorbing frequency, and is suitable for electromagnetic shielding and wave absorbing.
