NOVELTY - A lithium-ion cell cathode material contains graphene nano-sheet and tin dioxide. The tin dioxide is loaded to the graphene nano-sheet. The content of graphene nano-sheet is 10-90 mass%. The graphene nano-sheet has thickness of 1-50 nm. The tin dioxide has grain size of 1-50 nm. USE - Cathode material is used for lithium-ion cell. ADVANTAGE - The cathode material having high ionic conductivity is prepared in high yield by simple process. The lithium ion cell comprising the cathode material has high capacitance and charging and discharging characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of lithium-ion cell cathode material.
