▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Compact heat-conducting silica gel composite material based on three-dimensional frame workstructure of foam metal comprises 40-200 pts. wt. powder, 8-20 pts. wt. two-component silicone oil, 0.08-0.3 pts. wt. inhibitor and 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. catalyst. USE - The material is useful for inhibiting and delaying the curing reaction of the two components of silicone oil. ADVANTAGE - The material has thermal conductivity, good radiating performance, mechanical strength, flexibility, thermal diffusion rate in the surface direction and simple preparation process and; and is easy to operate and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite material comprising (i) preparing silica gel slurry with powder and silicone oil as raw materials; and (ii) coating the silica gel slurry on the upper surface and the lower surface of the foamed metal and calendering into a sheet and baking.
