▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Use of nanopores in electrochemical detection of plant resistance gene expression polypeptides, the nanopore is arranged in an electrochemical detection device to form a nanopore electrochemical detection device, a polypeptide is placed in device, and electrical signals before and after the polypeptide sample passes through nanopore are collected, the electrical signal amplitude, blocking time, or signal amount is analyzed to detect content, charge properties, secondary structure, length, or molecular weight of a polypeptide sample. USE - The nanopores is useful in electrochemical detection of plant resistance gene expression polypeptides (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanopores: method: is economical, fast, and label-free nanopore electrochemical detection device, and accurately record small current changes caused by different polypeptides; has good repeatability and high reliability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for electrochemically detecting plant resistance gene-expressed polypeptide, comprising placing polypeptide sample solution to be detected in nanopore electrochemical detection device, adding basic buffer solution as electrolyte, applying an external electric field, and adding beta-cyclodextrin to make concentration in electrolyte 0-50 muM collecting electrical signals before and after polypeptide sample to be detected passes through nanopore in nanopore electrochemical detection device, analyzing amplitude and blocking time characteristics of electrical signal to detect content, charged properties, secondary structure, length or molecular weight of polypeptide in polypeptide sample to be detected.
