NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-rare earth doped zinc oxide nano ceramic micro-filtration membrane composite material involves (S1) adding cerium acetate into glycol to obtain glycol solution (A) of cerium acetate with concentration of 0.03-0.6 mol/L, (S2) dissolving equimolar amount of zinc acetate and ethanolamine in ethylene glycol to obtain zinc acetate glycol solution, (S3) adding yttrium acetate to obtain mixed solution (B), (S4) dripping solution (A) to solution (B) in the volume ratio of 1: (5-20), stirring at 50-70 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain mixed solution (C), (S5) adding graphene at 50-70 degrees C for 1-2 hours, drying for 10-60 minutes at 70-100 degrees C, (S6) heating in muffle furnace under the protection of inert gas at 400-600 degrees C, keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours, cooling to room temperature, obtaining graphene-cerium and yttrium co-doped zinc oxide nano material, dry pressing at 16-25 MPa, sintering, grinding, forming film. USE - Preparation of graphene-rare earth doped zinc oxide nano ceramic micro-filtration membrane composite material used in oilfield water treatment, sewage treatment and oil-water separation. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and environmentally-friendly, uses light degradation method and solves the technical problem of secondary pollution of ceramic microfiltration membrane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-rare earth doped zinc oxide nano ceramic micro-filtration membrane composite material involves (S1) adding cerium acetate into glycol to obtain glycol solution (A) of cerium acetate with concentration of 0.03-0.6 mol/L, (S2) dissolving equimolar amount of zinc acetate and ethanolamine in ethylene glycol to obtain zinc acetate glycol solution, (S3) adding yttrium acetate to obtain mixed solution (B), (S4) dripping solution (A) to solution (B) in the volume ratio of 1: (5-20), stirring at 50-70 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain mixed solution (C), (S5) adding graphene at 50-70 degrees C for 1-2 hours, drying for 10-60 minutes at 70-100 degrees C, (S6) heating in muffle furnace under the protection of inert gas at 400-600 degrees C, keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours, cooling to room temperature, obtaining graphene-cerium and yttrium co-doped zinc oxide nano material, dry pressing at 16-25 MPa, sintering, grinding, forming film, (S7) mixing and pressing the nano material with the ceramic micro-filtration film base material to form a film, (S8) pressing the film under the inert atmosphere raising the temperature to 500 degrees C at heating rate of 1-3 degrees C/minute, raising the temperature to 500-1400 degrees C at heating rate of 5-8 degrees C/minute, keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours and cooling. The concentration of zinc acetate is 0.25-5 mol/L. The concentration of the yttrium acetate is 0.007-0.14 mol/L.
